Hey! My name is Rajbinder, but my friends call me Raj. Welcome to This Mama Needs a Vacay ~ a place where I share my musings about motherhood, fashion & style inspiration, the books I’ve read and all the details on our travels.

I started writing as a way to ruin social media for my kids (it’s an excellent parenting strategy) but along the way found my voice and love connecting with my audience online. It has become my space to escape when I can’t quite get to my next vacay!

I’m a Toronto gal (fine….I’m in the GTA. The suburbs of Toronto count too!). While I’m a homebody who loves hanging out at home with my 3 kids, husband and doodle Bear, I also love to travel. I actually find parenting while travelling the kind of excitement that I didn’t know I needed. I know, I like to live dangerously.
