We jaunted off to Rome for the weekend – it sounds so glam right? Honestly, it kinda was. Which is why I wanted a Rome hotel that was just as glam, and the J.K. Place Roma did not disappoint. We decided to pick a hotel property from the American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts Program.  The program gives us certain perks such as early check ins, late check outs, breakfast included and often some other nice things. Since it was just the two of us, sans kids and only two nights in Rome, we decided to splurge a little and picked the J.K. Place Roma.  It is a beautiful, luxury boutique hotel on a quiet little street.

The J.K Place Roma is a located on a little, quaint alley-like street that is close to some of Rome’s big sites. It is a short walk to the Spanish steps, close to all of the high end luxury shopping and some wonderful restaurants.  We walked everywhere from here, the furthest being to Trastevere which was about a 30 minute walk for us. The location can’t be beat.

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite, dined on a delicious a breakfast every morning and were wowed by the service, decor and ambiance. The concierge were so helpful even before we arrived in helping to arrange for airport pickup, a private tour guide for the Vatican and Coliseum, and in making restaurant reservations. I can’t recommend this property enough!

The property doesn’t have a pool, spa or an outdoor space, but there are plenty of beautiful indoor spaces to sit and relax with your afternoon espresso. It is definitely going to be my new go to Rome hotel.
